Location: Horncastle
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our client on a temporary to permanent basis.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (Including a 30‑minute lunch break and two 15‑minute breaks)
Key Responsibilities
- Raising and sending out invoices
- Dealing with compliance schemes
- Data entry & maintaining spreadsheets accurately
- Taking and making calls to customers and drivers
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the internal database
- Liaising with drivers and dealing with any issues
- Taking new bookings and dealing with associated paperwork
- Providing reception cover when required
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills, including experience with Excel and database systems
- Previous experience in a similar role
- High level of accuracy with strong spelling and attention to detail
- Be able to adapt within a fast‑paced environment
Note: Candidates will be required to complete an aptitude test at interview stage to assess spelling and data entry skills.
