We are currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join a small and friendly food manufacturing business based near Wainfleet. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work during a busy production period.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- Up to 12-hour shifts
- Working between 7:00am and 7:00pm
- £12.83 per hour for all hours worked
- Some Saturdays may be required
Duties Include
- Working on production lines
- Packing products
- Stacking finished goods
- Following daily production schedules
- Completing production paperwork accurately
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene
- Following Health & Safety and company procedures
- Supporting waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working effectively as part of a team
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar factory, food production, or manufacturing environment is essential
- Reliable and committed with a strong work ethic
