We are currently recruiting for a Prepared Produce Operative to join our client based in Boston on a temporary basis, to start 16th November, working up until 23rd December.
Pay: £13.39 per hour
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 6, covering Sunday to Friday
Shift Patterns
Shift patterns will change on a weekly basis, so candidates must be flexible and available to work all three shifts:
AM: 7:00am - 3:30pm
MID: 10:00am - 6:30pm
PM: 12:00pm - 8:30pm
The Role
Working within the Prepared Produce Department, your duties will include:
- Preparing and processing fresh produce for customers.
- Cutting produce by hand, including potatoes.
- Operating machinery to prepare and process produce.
- Weighing and packing products accurately.
- Handling large bags of produce weighing up to 20kg.
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
This is a hands‑on role working with food, so candidates should be comfortable with physical work and handling heavier products.
Flexibility is essential, as the shift pattern will vary from week to week.
