We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer & Video Content Creator to support the company’s visual content across a range of digital platforms. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone at an early stage in their career who is keen to develop their skills within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the wider marketing and creative teams to design engaging graphics and produce short-form video content that aligns with the company’s brands. Based full-time at the company’s offices in Boston, Lincolnshire, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional setting and is eager to progress within a highly successful and growing business.
Key Responsibilities- Create visual assets for social media, websites, advertising, presentations and wider marketing materials
- Design layouts, icons, banners and basic motion graphics
- Ensure brand consistency across all design work
- Edit short-form video content for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.)
- Assist with filming, including basic lighting and audio setup where required
- Add captions, transitions, graphics and music to videos
- Optimise video formats for different platforms and audiences
- Take feedback on board and apply revisions efficiently
- Manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Show enthusiasm, self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- 0–2 years’ experience in graphic design, video editing or a related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro – After Effects would be an advantage)
- A basic understanding of typography, colour theory and layout
- Familiar with social media trends and digital content formats
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
