The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are looking for a highly organised Import / Export Administrator to support the smooth running of our client’s shipping and logistics processes. This could be temporary to permanent for the right person. Hours of work can be flexible, they can accommodate full or part time hours between 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Preparing import and export shipping documentation
- Producing commercial invoices and packing lists
- Liaising with freight forwarders, couriers, and shipping companies
- Ensuring all paperwork complies with customs and international shipping requirements
- Tracking shipments and updating internal records
- Supporting the wider team with general administration
Key Skills
- Previous experience with shipping, logistics, or export documentation is essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication when dealing with suppliers and logistics providers
