Personal Specification: Receptionist (RN/1124) We are seeking a proactive and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, playing a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves a blend of front-desk responsibilities, administrative support, and engagement with trainees, staff, and employers. CRITERIA Essential Criteria Grade A*-C in GCSE Maths & English or equivalent. Previous experience in a busy reception or administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database systems. Desirable Criteria A minimum Level 3 qualification or above in Business Administration. Current driving license and access to own vehicle. Applicants for this post must have good organisational, administrative and communication skills, an adaptable personality and an understanding of the particular needs and problems of young people from marginalised backgrounds and/or with disabilities. The successful candidate will be required to satisfy a pre-employment check undertaken by Assess NI in accordance with the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (NI) Order 2007. Benefits Salary: £23,803.20 (reviewed annually in April). A Christmas and Summer Discretionary Award is also paid (dependant on the organisation making a surplus).
