Joinery Tutor Full Time Permanent Salary £31,638.40 (reviewed annually in April). 38 hours per week Workforce is currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and creative Joinery Tutor who is willing to share their skills with others. The job will be to train young people for entry into the Joinery Industry. Essential Criteria A minimum Level 2 qualification or above in joinery. A minimum of 3 years experience as a joiner in the construction industry. Current driving license and access to own vehicle. Desirable Criteria A Level 3 qualification or above in Joinery. Previous experience of training and assessing joinery in a Further Educationsetting and/or Training Organisation. Certificate in Teaching Qualification TAQA Assessor Award Qualification. Grade A*-C in GCSE Maths & English or equivalent. Company Benefits: Rewards & Benefits of Working for Workforce Training Services Salary: £31,638.40 (reviewed annually in April). A Christmas and Summer Discretionary Award is also paid (dependant on the organisation making a profit). Holidays:38 days annual leave (runs January to December). Flexible Working: 2 Weeks of working from home will be facilitated within the summer break. Health & Wellbeing Activities: A range of health & wellbeing activities are communicated to staff on a regular basis. We also hold health & wellbeing events within the academic calendar to support your physical, psychological and social wellbeing including an annual staff residential. 1 Month full occupational sick pay.
