Workforce Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business in West Bromwich for an experienced Press Brake Setter to join their team on a permanent basis.

PAY & HOURS
- £14.50 per hour basic rate
- 22% rotating shift allowance added
- £17.69 per hour including shift allowance
- 39 hours per week
- Permanent position
- Rotating shifts
ROTATING SHIFT PATTERN
Week 1:
Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 1:00pm
Week 2:
Monday - Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday: 1:00pm - 8:00pm
THE ROLE
As a Press Brake Setter, you will be responsible for:
- Setting and operating Press Brake machinery and associated equipment
- Programming machines and making adjustments in line with engineering drawings
- Producing components to the required quality and production targets
- Carrying out quality checks and taking ownership of the parts produced
- Maintaining accurate production and quality records
- Maintaining excellent 5S and housekeeping standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
- Working effectively both independently and as part of a team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an experienced Press Brake Setter with:
- Previous Press Brake setting and operating experience
- Good knowledge of Press Brake machinery and processes
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work towards production targets
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good team-working skills
- A commitment to Health & Safety
