  • Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 3:00pm
  • Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
  • 2nd Shift:
  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm

A well-established engineering company in Redditch is looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers long-term stability and development opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality TIG welding, primarily on stainless steel
  • Work with a range of exotic materials including titanium, duplex, and inconel (training provided where needed)
  • Use both TIG and MIG welding processes across various jobs
  • Read and work from engineering drawings and specifications
  • Complete welds that meet visual and dimensional inspection standards
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organisation
  • Strong background in TIG welding, especially with stainless steel
  • MIG welding experience is beneficial
