Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver – Tamworth
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse environment in Tamworth.
This is a varied role, with approximately 70% warehouse duties and 30% FLT operation, so we're looking for someone who is happy working across both areas and can work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking approximately 200-300 orders per day
- Handling and lifting boxes weighing up to 20kg
- Putting goods away and ensuring stock is stored correctly
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Reloading goods as required
- Operating a forklift as part of the role
- Working accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
About You
- Previous warehouse experience
- Valid driving licence required – up to 6 points considered
- FLT experience/licence
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting up to 20kg
- Able to work independently
- Accurate and efficient with good attention to detail
- Reliable and hardworking
- Comfortable working at pace and meeting targets
70% Warehouse | 30% FLT
