Press Operator
Location: Alcester
Pay: Β£13.20 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4:45pm
Working Hours: 39 hours per week
We are seeking a reliable Press Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company in Redditch.
This practical role suits candidates who thrive in a manufacturing setting and are confident handling machinery, manual tasks, and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare materials for production
- Operate presses safely and efficiently
- Unload finished products safely
- Perform mould changes
- Finish products to the required quality standards
- Pack products ready for collection
- Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations
- Carry out manual handling tasks
- Achieve productivity targets to meet customer demand
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Able to follow processes and Health & Safety procedures diligently
- Capable of manual handling responsibilities
- Reliable and committed to meeting production targets
- Team players who collaborate effectively
- Motivated to learn and develop within a manufacturing role
Previous experience in press operation or manufacturing would be advantageous.
