Job Title: Press Supervisor

Location: Stourport

Hours: 7.00am‐4.00pm, 1pm finish Friday

Salary: Competitive dependant on experience

OverviewOur client is looking for a hands‐on Press Supervisor to lead their Press Department. You\’ll be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Day to Day Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and motivate your team to achieve production targets and quality standards.

Monitor performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement using Lean principles.

Ensure safe working practices and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Manage day‐to‐day resources, production planning, and machinery availability.

Support training, development, and performance of team members.

Resolve production issues and support customer requirements.

Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and results.

Skills and Experience Required

Previous experience in a manufacturing/press environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot problems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally Sage 200.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Self‐motivated with a strong work ethic.
