Job Title: Sales & Logistics Manager β Parts
Location: Redditch
Salary: Up to Β£80k OTE + Car/Allowance
Are you a strategic, commercially minded leader with a strong background in parts sales and logistics? We\βre working with one of the UK\βs leading construction equipment distributors to find an experienced Parts Sales & Logistics Manager to drive sales performance, streamline operations, and lead a multi-site team across parts, purchasing, and warehouse functions.
What you\βll be doing:
. Lead a team of 24 across parts sales, purchasing, and warehousing
. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive consistent revenue growth
. Oversee supplier relationships, stock control, and pricing strategies
. Ensure smooth logistics and parts delivery across multiple depots
. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service and performance
. Champion process improvement, compliance, and customer focus
Previous skills & experience required:
. Proven experience in a parts sales leadership role (distributor/industrial background ideal)
Strong logistics, stock management, and purchasing knowledge
. Skilled in leading and developing teams across sites
Commercially savvy with strong analysis, planning, and negotiation skills
Confident communicator and influencer
. ERP or inventory management system experience (advantageous)
. A track record of implementing process improvements (advantageous)
What\βs on offer:
. Up to Β£60,000 β Β£70,000 plus bonus OTE Β£80,000
