We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in the Redditch area that specialises in high-quality stainless steel fabrication. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an experienced TIG Welder to their skilled workshop team. The Role
- TIG welding stainless steel to a high cosmetic standard
- Working from engineering drawings and job specifications
- Producing accurate, high-quality welds on thin and medium gauge materials
- Carrying out basic fabrication and assembly where required
- Inspecting your own work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Working closely with the production team to meet delivery deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience TIG welding stainless steel
- Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
