We are currently recruiting for a General Operative / FLT Counterbalance Operator to join a well-established chemical manufacturing company in Redditch.
Pay Rates:
- £12.21 per hour
- £15.89 per hour (FLT role dependent)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
Lates Available:
- Monday to Thursday: 3:45pm – 2:00am
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on production role within a chemical manufacturing environment, supporting day-to-day operations including packing, bottling, labelling, and FLT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing finished goods from the production line
- Bottling and labelling products accurately
- Supporting general manufacturing tasks
- Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks (license must be in date)
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock safely
- Following strict Health & Safety and COSHH procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
About You:
- Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred
- Must hold a valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence
- Comfortable working in a chemical environment
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
