Location: Redditch, B98 Shift Time: 06:00-18:00 Working Pattern: Sunday to Tuesday or Sunday to Wednesday (depending on shift pattern)
Workforce Staffing is recruiting reliable and hardworking Dispatch Operatives to join our team in Redditch!
THE ROLE - WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Picking orders accurately and preparing products for dispatch.
- Checking products and quantities against order requirements.
- Handling stock carefully and ensuring orders are ready on time.
- Working in a chilled environment.
- Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in chilled temperatures of 6-8°C and freezer environments.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous picking, packing, warehouse or dispatch experience is beneficial.
