Location: Redditch, B98 Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour
Workforce Staffing is looking for hardworking and reliable Cook Pot Operatives to join our team in Redditch!
If you have a good eye for detail, enjoy working with food and can follow recipes accurately, we'd love to hear from you!
THE ROLE:
- Preparing food batches by following recipes and production instructions.
- Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately (recipes can contain up to 20 ingredients!).
- Producing large batches of approximately 200kg.
- Adding ingredients in the correct quantities and sequence.
- Preparing marinades and other ingredients.
- Completing accurate traceability records, including ingredient details and use-by dates.
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, food safety and health & safety.
- Keeping your work area clean and tidy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to follow recipes and production instructions.
- Good weighing and measuring skills.
- Reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
- Previous food production or kitchen experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment of 6-8°C.
