We are currently recruiting for a General Operative / FLT Counterbalance Operator to join a well-established chemical manufacturing company in Redditch.

Pay Rates

  • £12.21 per hour
  • £15.89 per hour (FLT role dependent)

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
  • Lates Available Monday to Thursday: 3:45pm – 2:00am

Role Overview

This is a hands-on production role within a chemical manufacturing environment, supporting day-to-day operations including packing, bottling, labelling, and FLT support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Packing finished goods from the production line
  • Bottling and labelling products accurately
  • Supporting general manufacturing tasks
  • Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks (license must be in date)
  • Loading, unloading, and moving stock safely
