What You’ll Be Doing:
- As a CNC Turner/Setter, you will play a critical role in producing high-specification, small-to-medium batch aerospace components.
- This is a hands-on position, where your expertise will directly contribute to quality and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and operate CNC Turning machines (Fanuc controls) to tight aerospace tolerances
- Work with premium materials including Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminium, and Nylon
- Record job timings accurately in the ERP system
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in your workspace (6S)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in CNC Turning, ideally within aerospace or other high-precision sectors
- Skilled in setting and operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls
- Comfortable working to tight tolerances
- Apprenticeship trained or qualified by experience
- CAD/CAM knowledge is a bonus but not essential
