We are currently seeking a highly motivated and efficient Administrator to join our team. While a background in transport is preferred, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (including Excel, Word, and Outlook), and possess excellent etiquette.
As an Administrator, you will have a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Transport Administration tasks
- Warehouse Administration support
- Health & Safety Administration
- Managing and responding to emails and calls
- Scheduling and organizing as required
- General office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized across various admin areas
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Prior experience in transport admin is beneficial but not required
Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Flexible for the right candidate)
