Job Title: Fabricator Fitter
Location: Daventry
Pay: ?16.00 – ?18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:30 (standard workshop hours)
Site Work: Hours vary – regular overtime expected
We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Fabricator Fitter to join our expanding team based in Daventry. This role involves both workshop-based fabrication and on-site installation, offering variety and hands-on work across a range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fabrication and assembly of stainless steel and plastic components
* MIG/TIG welding and use of relevant workshop equipment
* Interpreting technical and engineering drawings
* Installation and fitting of fabricated items on customer sites
* Working to high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety
* Representing the business professionally while working on-site
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in fabrication and fitting
* Competence in MIG/TIG welding (stainless steel experience preferred)
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Flexibility for site work, including travel and overtime as required
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and attention to detail
