Workforce Staffing is seeking an On-Site Coordinator in Recruitment to manage staffing activities at our Evesham site.

You'll be the go-to person for recruitment, onboarding, and workforce coordination, ensuring the right people are in the right roles—efficiently and compliantly.

This permanent, on-site role runs Monday to Friday from 5am to 2pm.

You will coordinate interviews and registrations, liaise with production managers, maintain recruitment records, support inductions, and monitor staff
