We are currently looking to recruit an experienced CNC Milling Machine Setter/Operator/Programmer to join a precision engineering manufacturer based in Dudley.

Responsibilities:
- Setting, programming, and operating a range of CNC Milling machines.
- Machines include a brand-new Doosan NH400 Horizontal Twin Pallet, Horizontal Bridgeport Twin Pallet Machine, and Cincinnati Vertical Milling Machines with 4th Axis.
- Using CAD/CAM software (Dolphin) when required.
- Manufacturing precision and bearing components to tight tolerances.
- Working from engineering drawings and ensuring all work meets quality standards.
- Promoting good housekeeping and maintaining an efficient, safe workspace.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CNC Milling, including setting and basic programming on Fanuc controls.
- Ability to set tools, edit programs, and confidently understand G & M codes.
- Experience using CAD/CAM software (not essential but advantageous).
- Ability to self-inspect using micrometers, verniers, and depth gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
