Night Shift: 20.45pm - 6am Monday to Thursday (35 hours)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced CNC Programmers/Millers to join our purpose-built machining facility at the Blackburn site. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated and capable CNC professionals looking to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm.
Role Responsibilities
- Program, set, and operate CNC turning centres using Mazatrol, Fanuc or Haas controls (other controls may be considered).
- Develop and optimise tooling and turning strategies for medium to high-volume production.
- Produce high-tolerance components to customer and engineering specifications.
- Ensure exceptional accuracy and quality in all manufactured components.
- Work safely and efficiently in line with company Health, Safety, and Quality standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Time-served engineer with post-qualification experience in a technical machining environment.
- Proven ability to program.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and machining processes.
- Skilled in tooling selection, work holding methods, and cutting strategies for various materials, including exotic alloys.
- Capable of interpreting detailed drawings and producing fully conforming components.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a successful team.
- High commitment to Health & Safety and Quality standards.
