Location: West Bromwich Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 8:30am-4:30pm, Fri 8:30am-4:00pm) Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary Rate: £14.00phr

The Role

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their West Bromwich team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders, returns, and updates accurately within the CRM system.
