About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our client's dynamic and fast-paced EU Logistics team based in Coventry. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of bookings with their Netherlands-based 3PL partner while supporting the wider coordination team to ensure seamless stock transition across EMEA. Reporting to the Manager, EU Operations, you will play a key role in overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, supporting team development, and maintaining high service standards across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Operations, Sales, Suppliers, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders and our Netherlands-based 3PL warehouse to ensure smooth stock transition to customers.
- Execute and oversee administration of inbound and outbound shipments across EMEA.
- Support and guide Logistics Coordinators, maintaining SOPs and assisting with training where required.
- Provide leadership in the absence of the Manager, EU Operations, including attending meetings and completing reporting tasks.
- Ensure all deliveries (internal and external) are completed on time.
- Manage imports, exports, shipment tracking, freight savings and invoice posting.
- Arrange transport for deliveries and transfers.
- Ensure all relevant shipping documentation is prepared and provided prior to dispatch.
- Investigate and resolve escalated dispatch queries.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and procure PODs (Proof of Delivery).
- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the department.
- Provide support to the UK logistics team when required.
