Position Overview
Job title: CNC Turner Setter
Job type: Days based, perm.
Location: Aldershot
Pay: £17-£18ph
Hours: Mon - Thurs 7am-4pm / Fri 7am-12pm (39hrs)

Responsibilities
- Set and operate CNC Lathes (Fanuc or Siemens)
- Create layout sheets to document tooling, tools, setups and machine parameters to achieve repeatable results by self or others
- Work independently to achieve exceptional high standards and deadlines
- Qualify and document own work using a variety of measuring equipment
- Support and train other staff
- Work safely using appropriate PPE and maintain a safe and organised workplace
- Continuously improve and provide time/cost saving ideas to supervisor wherever possible
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in Fanuc (ISO) controls
- Knowledge of OneCNC is desirable
- Programming experience is desirable
- Manual handling training
- Good written and communicational skills
- Reliable, loyal, friendly and approachable
