The predicted salary is between 13 - 18 £ per hour.
Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands
Shift: 2 shifts available - Back Shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:30-01:00; Days available
Salary: £16 to £18 p/h depending on experience + Shift allowance of £1 p/h (for back shift)

The Company
We are working with a leading precision engineering firm based in Kingswinford that specialises in the production of high-integrity fasteners and machined components for sectors such as petrochemical, energy, and offshore. Due to continued investment and demand, they are looking to add skilled CNC Turner Programmers to their growing team.
The Role
As a CNC Turner Programmer, you will be responsible for:
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes (Fanuc controls).
- Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances.
- Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings.
- Performing in-process inspections using various measuring tools.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in the workshop.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a CNC Turner with strong programming and setting capabilities.
- Confident using Fanuc controls (experience with Mazatrol or Siemens is a bonus).
- Ability to read complex technical drawings and work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with working to tight tolerances in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
- Willingness to work the back shift schedule.
Desirable Skills
- Background in the fastener or precision engineering sector.
- Understanding of AS9100 or other quality management systems.
