The predicted salary is between 27450 - 33550 Β£ per year.
Location: Denton, Greater Manchester
Hours: Standard hours: 08:00 - 16:30 (Monday to Thursday), 08:00 - 13:00 (Friday). Flexible start times between 06:00 - 08:00 (subject to management discretion). Overtime available (at management discretion): First 10 hours at x1.5, any additional hours at x2.
Pay Rate: Final rate to be confirmed following assessment of skills and experience.

Role Overview: As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol controls, producing precision aerospace components to tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set, and operate Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol controls
- Manufacture complex aerospace components from detailed technical drawings
- Work to AS9100 and other aerospace quality standards
- Carry out in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to maintain compliance and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner within a precision engineering or aerospace environment
- Strong working knowledge of Mazak CNC machines and Mazatrol programming
- Ability to read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings accurately
- Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality standards
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
