Location: Droitwich
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour -£14.24 per hour
Shift: Tuesday – Friday, 6:00am – 6:00pm
Working Pattern: 4 days per week
We are currently recruiting experienced Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company with over 50 years of industry experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, who is confident using basic hand tools and enjoys practical, hands-on work.
The Role
As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Working on production and manufacturing processes
- Using basic hand tools safely and correctly
- Assembling and preparing products
- Handling and moving materials and finished products
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Labelling and packing finished products
- Supporting the production team to meet daily targets
- Following health & safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organised working area
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good understanding of health & safety in the workplace
- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new processes and develop your skills
