Employee Experience & Community Engagement Specialist
Location:Droitwich,Worcestershire
Salary: Competitive,dependent on experience
Working: 12 Month Fixed Term - Hybrid Working
We are recruiting on behalf of a global engineering and manufacturing organisation for an Employee Experience & Community Engagement Specialist.
This is a varied role focused on employee engagement,onboarding,employer branding,community partnerships and early careers,working closely with HR,Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver employee engagement,recognition and wellbeing initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new starters.
- Coordinate inductions,engagement events and employee programmes.
- Gather and analyse employee feedback and recommend improvements.
- Build relationships with universities,colleges and community organisations.
- Coordinate careers fairs,internships,placements and early careers programmes.
- Support volunteering,charity and community engagement initiatives.
- Work with Marketing to develop employer branding and social media content.
- Manage and enhance the organisation's presence across LinkedIn,Glassdoor and other relevant platforms.
- Create content showcasing employee stories,workplace culture and career opportunities.
- Track engagement,recruitment and employer brand metrics and use insights to improve activity.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support attraction and recruitment campaigns.
About You
Ideally,you'll have:
- 3-5 years' experience in HR,Talent Acquisition,Employee Experience,Employer Branding,Campus Recruitment or a similar role.
- Experience in employee engagement and/or onboarding.
- Strong communication,relationship-building and organisational skills.
- Experience coordinating events,programmes or projects.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience with social media,employer branding or content creation is desirable.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR/ATS systems.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in HR,Business,Marketing,Communications or a related subject is desirable.
