Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00

About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Banbury. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
The role will involve light picking and packing duties, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. As accuracy is incredibly important to us, you will need to be organised, methodical and able to follow instructions carefully.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out light picking and packing of products
- Accurately pick items according to orders and instructions
- Check products and quantities carefully before packing
- Ensure all goods are packed correctly and ready for dispatch
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working area
- Follow warehouse procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Report any discrepancies, damaged goods or issues to the appropriate person
- Maintain a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Be able to follow instructions and work accurately
- Have a positive attitude and good work ethic
- Be comfortable working as part of a team
- Be organised and able to work at a steady pace
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable, but full training can be provided
