About the Role
This opportunity is ideal for an AAT qualified or part-qualified Accounts Semi Senior looking to join a supportive and growing practice.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements (balance sheets, P&L, cash flow)
- Assisting with statutory accounts preparation and review
- Managing VAT returns and supporting with CIS schemes
- Processing client transactions (AP/AR, payroll where required)
- Supporting tax preparation and submissions
- Conducting financial analysis and providing meaningful insights to clients
- Building strong client relationships and supporting review meetings
- Working with FRS102 clients within a specialist market
- Supporting internal process improvements and general practice duties

- Experience with VAT and ideally CIS
- Portfolio of clients
- Experience with Xero/QuickBooks
Pay range and compensation package
- Full-time, Permanent
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility)
- Hybrid 1 day working from home after probation
- Office-based in Alcester
