You'll lead a small team, oversee inventory, supervise dispatch operations and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.

No two days are the same. One day you could be overseeing customer order fulfilment, the next preparing stock for a major vintage market or coordinating inventory for a pop-up shop.

  • Supervising the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and fulfilment function
  • Leading, motivating and developing the warehouse team
  • Overseeing the receipt, processing and storage of vintage clothing stock
  • Ensuring online customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time
  • Planning and preparing stock allocations for pop-up shops, markets and events
  • Coordinating stock movement to and from retail events and temporary shop locations
  • Supervising stock replenishment and returns following events and pop-up shops
  • Supervising stock accuracy through regular stock counts and inventory checks
  • Monitoring warehouse productivity and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Supervising warehouse layout and storage systems to maximise efficiency
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Working closely with buying, events and retail teams to support business requirements
  • Implementing and maintaining warehouse procedures and best practices
  • Managing returns and quality control processes
  • Ensuring all health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
  • Recruiting, training and developing warehouse staff

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Fulfilment Manager
  • Experience working within a clothing, fashion, retail or e-commerce warehouse environment
  • Strong understanding of stock control, inventory management and order fulfilment
  • Experience supervising and developing warehouse teams
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills and experience using warehouse or stock management systems
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred
  • An interest in fashion, vintage clothing or retail would be advantageous

What's On Offer

  • Salary of £30,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • Opportunity to join a growing and ambitious business
  • A varied role supporting online retail, pop-up shops and events
  • Genuine autonomy and responsibility
