We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team at a friendly primary school. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and general cleaning duties
- Emptying bins and maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Following school cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues to the appropriate person
About You
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Must hold a valid DBS check, or be willing to undergo a DBS check
- Previous experience working in a school or similar environment is an advantage
Working Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday: 3:15pm – 5:45pm
£14.24 per hour
