A well-established national business in the food and FMCG sector is looking for a new team member to support its growing Trading function. You will be joining a friendly, supportive, and commercially focused team where accuracy, communication, and teamwork really matter.

What the role involves:

  • Working 20 hours per week, you will play a key part in ensuring products are available across multiple warehouse locations.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting stock planning and forecasting
  • Working with suppliers to monitor performance, resolve issues, and maintain stock flow.
  • Analysing data to identify trends, gaps, or risks.
  • Helping ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.
  • Using Excel and internal systems to maintain accurate records and support decision making.
  • Liaising with teams across operations, sales, finance, and logistics.

What we are looking for:

  • Essential:
  • Strong administration skills with good numeracy and IT confidence.
  • Good Excel skills and the ability to work with data.
  • Clear communication and relationship building skills.
