Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:30 - 20:00 (overtime available)
Pay: £14.60 per hour (Circa £34000)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pick goods and load vehicles while promoting teamwork.
- Ensure vehicles are loaded and turned around efficiently, liaising with fulfilment drivers.
- Maintain marshalling lanes and complete picking 48 hours ahead.
- Oversee allocated areas across sites in line with BRC accreditation.
- Ensure goods are received in good condition, correctly labelled, and all stock discrepancies are addressed.
- Participate in health & safety initiatives, quarterly stock takes, and vision zero meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Valid, current counterbalance FLT license required; flexi license preferred.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high performance under deadlines.
- Commitment to health & safety standards and continuous improvement.
