We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers for AD-HOC work at our busy chilled distribution site based in Amesbury (Wiltshire).
The role consists of refrigerated multi-drop or trunking deliveries.
Ideal for drivers looking to earn some extra money in their free time.
Immediate starts for successful candidates.
Weekend shifts – choose any shift between Thursday and Monday.
- AM or PM start
Day pay rates
- Sunday and Bank Holidays £25.95
- Sunday and Bank Holidays £28.41
30-minute break deducted per shift.
What we are looking for
- In-date DIGI and CPC card
- Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
- Willing to work weekends.
- Motivated and open to learn new skills.
- Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.
- Minimum of 6 months Class One experience required
- No more than 3 points on your licence
Your role
- Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
- Completing vehicle checks.
- The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
