Mechanical Assemblers in Rugby

We are recruiting for Mechanical Assemblers in Rugby, CV21 with immediate start.

Shift Pattern:
Monday – Thursday: 08:30 am – 5:30 pm, Friday: 08:30 am – 1:00 pm
Salary: £26,500 up to £32,000 DOE

Duties:
. Correctly use, maintain, and follow safe procedures for all tools and equipment, including power tools, test equipment, and measuring instruments.
. Carry out mechanical fitting, assembly work, and component installation, positioning and securing parts to specification using the correct connectors and techniques.
. Interpret mechanical engineering drawings, build to samples, or verbal instructions, and perform mechanical tasks such as cutting, drilling, tapping, soldering, brazing (as trained), and cooler build.
. Set up, perform, and document required tests using the correct methods and within agreed timescales, ensuring all equipment connections are complete.
. Conduct self-inspection of work, maintain accurate process documentation, and support stores duties including parts kitting and stock takes.
. Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
. Must have experience in electrical / mechanical assembly or fitting.
. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
