TIG/MIG Welder Redditch Location: Redditch Pay: 17.50 per hour during probation, rising to 18.00 per hour, plus a weekly shift allowance Probation: 3 months Shifts: Weekly rotating shifts 6:00am 2:00pm / 2:00pm 12:00am We re recruiting for a TIG/MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing company in Redditch. This role offers strong hourly pay plus a shift allowance, and full training on robotic welding equipment for the right candidate no prior robotic experience needed. You ll be working on forging dies and tooling, using a mix of TIG, MIG, and ARC welding alongside a robotic welding arm, restoring and repairing components to a high standard. If you have solid TIG and MIG welding experience from a manufacturing or engineering background, we d love to hear from you whether or not you ve used robotic welding equipment before.
