Rendering, wet plaster, and lime work (advantageous but not essential). Working closely with customers and team members to ensure excellent results. Supporting the growth of the team by learning new skills—or by passing on experience and mentoring others. What we’re looking for: 3+ years’ experience as a Plasterer - Excellent boarding and skimming skills.
