We are working with a well-established global manufacturing company based in Redditch to recruit a Hydrotester for a full-time, permanent position. This role is suited to candidates with experience in mechanical testing, hydraulics, or manufacturing environments. Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out hydrostatic testing on components and equipment
- Operate and monitor testing equipment safely and accurately
- Ensure all products meet required quality and pressure standards
- Interpret technical drawings and test specifications
- Record and report test results accurately
- Maintain strict quality control throughout all processes
- Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
Additional Duties
- Supporting general workshop and production activities
- Handling, loading, and moving materials safely
- Preparing equipment for testing
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Using an overhead crane (experience ideal, not essential – full training provided)
