Shift Patterns & Pay
- Day Shift: Β£12.98 per hour
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am β 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am β 12:00pm (Half day!)
- Late Shift: Β£16.23 per hour
- Monday to Thursday: 3:45pm β 2:00am
Shift Flexibility
We welcome applications from candidates able to commit to either shift pattern. However, those who are fully flexible and willing to work both shifts will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- As a dual-skilled operative, you will divide your time between production support and forklift operation, including:
- Safely operating a Counterbalance FLT to move, load and unload stock
- Working on production lines packing, bottling and labelling finished goods
- Adhering to health, safety and product handling procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within warehouse and production areas
Candidate Requirements
- A valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB / ITSSAR / AITT)
- Previous experience in a factory, production or warehouse environment
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
- Comfortable working in a regulated chemical batching and blending environment
