  • Day Shift: £12.98 per hour
  • Late Shift: £16.23 per hour (shift dependent)

About the Role:

Are you seeking a stable position with a well-established manufacturing company in Redditch? We are currently recruiting a General Operative / FLT Driver to join a clean, safe, and structured production environment.

Shift Patterns & Pay:

Day Shift:

  • Pay: £12.98 per hour
  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm

Day Shift Benefits:

  • Half day every Friday
  • Earlier finish heading into the weekend

Late Shift:

  • Pay: £16.23 per hour
  • Monday – Thursday: 3:45pm – 2:00am

Late Shift Benefits:

  • Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off
  • Consistent 3-day weekend

Shift Flexibility:

Applications are welcome from candidates who can commit to either shift pattern. However, candidates who are fully flexible and able to work both shifts will be appreciated.

Duties will include:

  • Safely operating a Counterbalance FLT to move, load, and unload stock
  • Working on production lines packing, bottling, and labelling finished goods
  • Following health, safety, and product handling procedures
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within warehouse and production areas
  • Supporting general production and warehouse operations as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB / ITSSAR / AITT accepted)
  • Previous experience within a factory, warehouse, or production environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
  • Comfortable working in a regulated chemical batching and blending environment
