What you’ll be doing:
- Installing and finishing bathrooms to a high standard within reinstatement and restoration projects.
- Carrying out basic plumbing work (no heating systems required).
- Installing wall and floor tiling to a high commercial standard across reinstatement and restoration projects.
- Preparing surfaces, including levelling, waterproofing, and ensuring substrates are suitable for tiling.
- Cutting and fitting a variety of tiles including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone.
- Ensuring finished work meets high standards of accuracy, alignment, and durability.
- Working professionally in customers’ homes and properties, maintaining a clean and respectful working environment.
- Travelling to client sites within a 70-mile radius of our Redditch office.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a professional tiler.
- A skilled Bathroom Fitter with a proven ability to install floor and wall tiling to a commercial-quality finish.
- Strong attention to detail with pride in your workmanship.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A customer-focused attitude with clear communication and a willingness to go the extra mile.
