Production Administrator Location: Droitwich Contract: Permanent | Full-time Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30am – 4:15pm | Friday, 7:30am – 12:30pm Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Droitwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced, production-led environment. Role Overview As a Production Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the production and operations teams to ensure the smooth running of daily manufacturing activities. You’ll manage documentation, data entry, scheduling, and communication between departments to help maintain efficiency and accuracy across the site. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Production and Operations teams. Maintain and update production schedules, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met. Process and track production orders, material movements, and job sheets. Liaise with procurement, planning, and warehouse teams to coordinate production requirements. Prepare reports, KPIs, and documentation for management. Ensure all system data is accurate and up to date. Support with audits, compliance paperwork, and Health & Safety documentation. Handle general office administration, including filing, correspondence, and telephone queries. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (essential). Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail. Confident working with production data, schedules, and documentation. Good communication and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/MRP experience advantageous. Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
