Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Brake Press Setter / Operator to join a busy and established manufacturing team based in Coventry. This hands-on role involves setting, operating, and planning production using brake press machinery to produce precision metal components to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set and operate CNC brake press machines to meet production targets.
* Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy.
* Plan daily workloads and organise materials efficiently.
* Check completed parts for dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.
* Maintain equipment and ensure all work areas are clean and safe.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production schedules.

Experience & Skills Required:
