Parts Sales Representative – Metso Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire Company: McHale Plant Sales Ltd About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our Metso team based in Tamworth. McHale Plant Sales represents Metso, a global leader in equipment and technologies for the aggregates, mining and recycling industries. This role will focus on supporting customers with their spare parts requirements, delivering excellent customer service and helping to develop parts sales across our Metso product range. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and provide advice on Metso parts and components. Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on customer enquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Proactively identify opportunities to grow parts sales. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely parts availability and delivery. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. About You Previous experience in parts sales, ideally within the crushing, screening, aggregates, recycling or heavy plant industries. Good technical understanding of machinery, spare parts or mechanical components. Strong communication and customer service skills. A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach. Confident working independently and as part of a team. Experience with Metso equipment would be advantageous, although not essential. Why Join Us?
