Packing Operative / Production Operative Location: Malvern Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Contract: Temporary ongoing Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00am–4:30pm Friday: 7:00am–12:30am We are currently recruiting Packing Operatives to join a busy company specialising in bespoke packaging and hand-finished products in Malvern. This is a great opportunity for someone who is practical, precise and takes pride in their work. The role involves working with your hands to assemble and finish packaging products, so good attention to detail and nimble fingers are essential. The Role: • Assembling and preparing bespoke packaging and boxes • Folding, gluing and labelling boxes and packaging products • Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch • Carefully checking products to ensure they meet quality standards • Working to production targets while maintaining high-quality standards • Following detailed instructions and working methodically • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment • Working effectively both independently and as part of a team • Following all Health & Safety procedures and company guidelines • Supporting continuous improvement and general production activities The Ideal Candidate: • Previous packing, production, assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred • Excellent attention to detail • Nimble fingers and good hand dexterity • Enjoys practical, hands-on work • Able to carry out repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy • Reliable, punctual and hardworking • Able to follow detailed instructions • Takes pride in producing high-quality work • Comfortable working to targets in a busy production environment If you're someone who is careful, precise and enjoys hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you! worc1
