We are currently recruiting for experienced Sewing Machinists to join a well-established manufacturing team based in Kettering. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity with a company that offers a welcoming working environment and flexible hours for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Sewing a variety of materials including: Leather, PVC, Ultra Fabric, Felt
- Operating industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently
- Working as part of a team of skilled sewing machinists
- Producing high-quality finished products to required standards
Requirements
- Previous experience using a sewing machine is essential
- Basic sewing knowledge and practical experience required
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours of Work
- Standard shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Flexible working hours available for sewing machinists
- Part-time applicants will also be considered
- Site operating hours end at 6:30pm (no evening shifts beyond this time)
- 30-minute unpaid break
